Assalamualaikum and Hello :)
I'm sure all of you people are aware of the case where OUR MALAYSIAN-PRODUCT BAND, Bunkface dissed Kpop publicly. Sam himself has given out statements on his hatred towards Kpop a few times before this. Somehow, recently, Bunkface was aired on Malaysia's most sensational gossip show, MELODI for the launching of their new album. And I'm sure Malaysians Kpoppers sentap gilaaaaaa dengan Bunkface punya statement. About KPOP. Yeah. They dissed Kpop publicly, AGAIN. After their actions during delivering the winning speech at Shout Awards few weeks ago that already made Kpoppers gone wild, they're brave enough to give out another statement that clearly dissing Kpop music on TV!
At first, they're just pointing out about how Malaysians today lebih mengagungkan muzik luar and not support our own music industry. They are absolutely right. But then, perluke Sam and other members of Bunkface bagi statement yang NAMPAK SANGAT nak kutuk muzik Kpop? I DON'T THINK SO. I mean like, kalau diorang betul nak kata orang Malaysia nowdays lebih banyak sokong muzik luar compared to muzik di tanah air sendiri, they should have also mentions other musics like from the Hollywood and UK also. I mean like, Rihanna, Justin Bieber and One Direction, to mention a few are the biggest music heard by Malaysians other than Kpop. In fact, I think there's tons of Beliebers and Directioner in Malaysia compared to Kpoppers. Why point out on Kpop only, Bunkface?
You know what, I'm not a Kpop stand. Kpop is not my thing, well, ANYMORE la. But, I used to be a Kpopper too so I kinda disagree with Bunkface's actions of dissing kpop. They shouldn't dissed any kind of music from outside actually! It's not nice. They should be aware that everyone has their own interest and taste in music. And most importantly, THEY SHOULD RESPECT IT. Can you guys imagine what if this kind of situation happens to us? I mean, macam mana kalau orang luar, kutuk muzik kita like kita kutuk muzik diorang?
How can we support our own industry if the we have artists that's lacking in manners like Bunkface? Artis macam diorang lah actually buat artis-artis Malaysia nampak buruk. Boleh kalau nak seru rakyat Malaysia sokong industri kita tapi tolong lah beritahu dengan cara baik. Bukan dengan mengutuk dan mengata muzik orang lain. That will only makes us look bad. That will only makes us looks DESPERATE. Don't you think so?
Here. The thing is, KITA RESPECT ORANG, ORANG PUN AKAN RESPECT KITA :) Kita respect muzik orang, ORANG AKAN RESPECT MUZIK KITA :) Faham?
